10×10 – $250
10×20 – $300
10×30 – $375
There are no spaces larger than 10×30, and you may only purchase one type of space per company.
Vendor INFO
No purchasing multiple booth areas for one company. This means you can buy three 10x10s (which will be placed together), but you cannot purchase additional spaces.
Absolutely no bootlegs! Bringing bootlegs to our con is not just against the rules; it is also disrespectful to everyone who puts hard work into creating amazing anime shows.
Vendors must show up and be completely set up at least 30 minutes before the scheduled Exhibitor Room opening hours.
You should not purchase space if you have not received an acceptance email! Please apply first via our applications.

No placement/location requests are accepted. Vendor spaces are assigned in advance.
There is no refund. If you decide to cancel, we will move your space to next year’s event.
If a Vendor is unable to attend due to COVID exposure or other illness, paid paces may be rolled over to the next year’s Convention. If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or any of its variants in the 10 days before your first day on-site at Ba-Con, or you are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19, please stay home.
